Bennie Randall Jr. started out in the music business as a dancer, hype man, and rapper. During this time, he regularly toured the country entertaining hundreds of crowds. Not feeling quite complete, he moved to Brooklyn, New York in with only $500 dollars in his pocket.
Times were certainly hard renting a room in an attic and, at one point, having to sleep in his car, but he never gave up. After losing his sister, two brothers, first born child, and father, Bennie slowly realized that all of the challenges he'd faced held some sort of lesson and knew the reason he was put on this earth was bigger than himself. As he began to share his story with others, "The Motivator" was born.
After the success of his first book, "The Motivation Factor", "the speaker with the golden voice" (proclaims renowned speaker Les Brown) gained the opportunity to speak in front of small organizations and Fortune 500 companies alike. Bennie felt he had found his life's purpose - to help people discover the greatness within themselves. Frank Cornelius Jr. was born into the music industry. His father is a member of the legendary Cornelius Brothers and Sister Rose family who has sold millions copies of their hits: “Treat Her Like A Lady”, “Too Late to Turn Back Now”, and many, many more.
Frank Cornelius Sr., was one of the younger siblings of the group who joined the group as a valet shortly after high school he became the bass player after the bass player at that time was unable to make a gig. Fortunately for them He'd been learning from the former bass player "Larry"Lunch"Seay, brother to the famed bass player from the group "Mothers Finest" Jerry"Wizard"Seay.

Frank Cornelius Sr. went on to be one of the greatest sound engineers in South Florida teaching his oldest son Frank Cornelius Jr. at the age of 15 years old the skills to carry on. As a start Frank Jr., began producing for local acts in the community before producing and engineering for some of the very same acts such as An All Out Bash ( M.C.A.D.E.) and Gigolo Tony (I’m Old School) Frank Jr., watched his Dad Frank Sr. perform on stage (playing Bass guitar or Keyboards) or in the studio with artist such as: Betty Wright, Gloria Estefan, and many, many more. Frank Jr., decided to launch his label in South Florida (Miami). Although South Florida has established a name for itself in rap music, this Hip-Hop/ R&B producer, singer, dancer, songwriter, engineer and now CEO is not limited to rap.
